part therapy part sound healing

we will talk about where you feel frustrating, stress or anxiety and figure out if we need to shift perspective, take action or do nothing.  after that we let the bowls work their magic to release the negative feelings, drop you into parasympathetic and leave you feeling restored and beautifully human again.
